What markets do you support?

We're launching with Pinellas County (St. Pete/Clearwater) and Hillsborough County (Tampa) in Q2 2026, then expanding statewide across Florida. Multi-state expansion follows in 2027 based on demand from the waitlist.

What data sources power PropIntel?

We aggregate Regrid premium parcel data, county tax collector records, Clerk of Court filings, and derived analytics like improvement-to-land ratio, absentee flags, and buildable remainder calculations. MLS comps, FEMA flood data, and demographics are coming in Phase 2.

How accurate is the AI scoring?

The AI doesn't guess. Stage 1 applies hard filters against real data (lot size, zoning, tax status). Stage 2 scores the remaining candidates on weighted criteria specific to each deal profile. Every score includes a confidence level (low/medium/high) and a 2-3 sentence explanation so you can verify the reasoning yourself.

Can I create custom deal profiles?

Yes — on Pro and Commercial plans. Describe your ideal property in plain English and the AI translates it into structured queries and scoring criteria automatically. Save custom profiles, share with your team, and set them to auto-run on every data refresh.

What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Annual plans save you up to 21% and lock in your rate for 12 months — billed upfront. Monthly plans offer full flexibility with no commitment, cancel anytime.
