Credit packs let power users buy additional AI scoring runs, AI lookups, research credits, and CSV exports beyond their monthly plan allocation — à la carte, at volume-discounted rates. Packs are available on all paid tiers. Unused credits do not roll over month-to-month.

You can purchase additional scoring runs, AI lookups, research credits, or export rows via credit packs from your account settings. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Alternatively, upgrade to a higher tier for a larger monthly allocation.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated. If you're a founding member, your discount applies to whatever tier you're on.
