Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the PropIntel platform operated by AQESTRA LLC. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PropIntel to:

1.1 Data Harvesting and Redistribution

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated tools to bulk download property data from PropIntel
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially share PropIntel data with third parties without a written B2B API agreement
• Build, train, or improve competing products or services using data obtained from PropIntel
• Systematically download or cache data beyond what is necessary for your individual use of the Service

1.2 Harassment and Privacy Violations

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate property owners or any other individuals using information obtained from PropIntel
• Use property owner information for purposes unrelated to legitimate real estate investment activities
• Compile dossiers or profiles of individuals for purposes other than evaluating potential property transactions

1.3 Platform Integrity

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of PropIntel, including AI scoring models
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with tier-based access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions
• Share your account credentials with any other person or operate multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to PropIntel
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through the Service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written authorization

1.4 Legal Violations

• Use PropIntel for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
• Use PropIntel data to discriminate against individuals or groups in violation of fair housing laws or other anti-discrimination statutes
• Use PropIntel in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity

2. Rate Limits and Usage

API and platform usage is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your subscription tier. These limits include, but are not limited to, the number of property searches, CSV exports, AI scoring runs, and API requests permitted per billing cycle.

Attempts to circumvent tier limits through technical means — including but not limited to automated scripts, multiple accounts, or API abuse — constitute a violation of this AUP.

3. Responsible Use of Property Data

PropIntel provides access to property data sourced from public government records. While this data is publicly available, we expect users to exercise responsible and ethical judgment when using it:

• Contact property owners only through appropriate, professional channels
• Respect “do not contact” requests from property owners
• Do not misrepresent your identity, intentions, or affiliation with PropIntel when contacting property owners
• Comply with all applicable telemarketing, do-not-call, and solicitation laws

4. Enforcement

We investigate reports of AUP violations and take action based on the severity of the violation:

1. Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we will notify you of the violation and request corrective action.
2. Suspension: For repeated or moderate violations, we may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution.
3. Termination: For severe violations, repeated violations after warning, or violations that threaten the integrity of the Service or safety of others, we may permanently terminate your account without refund.

We reserve the right to skip enforcement steps and proceed directly to suspension or termination for severe violations at our sole discretion.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us at abuse@aqestra.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may report violations anonymously.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of PropIntel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
