Direct integration with county assessment systems via Socrata, Tyler Technologies, and county REST APIs. Ownership, values, and building characteristics refreshed on a rolling schedule.

Official Records & Clerk Data

Sale recordings, deeds, liens, and court filings from county clerk offices. Document type coverage expanding across all live states.
