The Interest Rating System
Mark properties with a star rating (1–3 stars) from the map, grid, or detail panel. Filter the grid by star rating to see only your active leads.
Deal Stages
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Lead | Identified, not yet contacted |
| Contacted | Reached out, awaiting response |
| Negotiating | Discussing terms |
| Under Contract | In due diligence |
| Closed | Deal completed |
| Dead | Passed or fell through |
Pipeline View
Click Pipeline in the top navigation to switch to the Kanban board. Drag cards between columns to update deal stage.
