The Interest Rating System

Mark properties with a star rating (1–3 stars) from the map, grid, or detail panel. Filter the grid by star rating to see only your active leads.

Deal Stages

Stage Meaning
Lead Identified, not yet contacted
Contacted Reached out, awaiting response
Negotiating Discussing terms
Under Contract In due diligence
Closed Deal completed
Dead Passed or fell through

Pipeline View

Click Pipeline in the top navigation to switch to the Kanban board. Drag cards between columns to update deal stage.
