Notes, Tags & Property Tracking
PropIntel keeps a permanent record of your research and interactions for every property — notes, tags, contact attempts, and deal stage history.
Adding Notes
Open a property's detail panel → Notes tab → type your note → Save. Each note is timestamped. On team plans, notes are visible to all team members.
Tagging Properties
Tags are free-form labels for custom organization. Common tags:
- Strategy: brrrr, wholesale, tax-lien, subject-to
- Status: called-no-answer, follow-up-q2, hot-lead
- Location: north-st-pete, seminole-heights
In the sidebar, filter by tags via the My Activity section.
Search tag:brrrr in the search bar to surface all properties with that tag.
Activity Timeline
The History tab shows a chronological timeline of all interactions: when you first viewed it, stage changes, notes, list additions, scoring runs.
Team Visibility
On Pro and Commercial plans, notes and tags are shared across the team.
