Coverage Map — Which States & Counties Are Live

PropIntel's coverage is expanding rapidly. This article documents current coverage and the expansion roadmap.

Current Coverage (as of 2026)

Florida - Pinellas County — Fully loaded (parcels, geometry, distress signals, zoning, flood zones) - Hillsborough County — Fully loaded (parcels, geometry, distress signals, zoning, flood zones, daily lis pendens ingest) - All 67 FL counties — Geometry loading in progress; parcel data expansion underway

Texas - Bexar County (San Antonio) — Parcels loaded - Dallas County — Parcels loaded - Harris County (Houston) — Loading in progress

Georgia - 9 counties loaded with 253,000+ parcels - 159-county statewide expansion in progress

What "Fully Loaded" Means

A fully loaded county includes: - All parcel records with attributes (owner, value, address, size, year built) - Parcel boundary geometries (polygons on the map) - Tax delinquency data (when available from county) - Lis pendens / official records (daily or monthly) - Code violation data (when available) - Zoning district boundaries - FEMA flood zone designations

Partial Coverage

Some counties may be in a partial state: - Parcels only — Parcel attributes loaded but no geometry (appear in DataGrid but not on map) - No distress data — Parcel and geometry loaded but distress signals not yet ingested - Geometry loading — Parcel data exists but geometric boundaries are still being processed

Expansion Roadmap

  1. Complete Florida (all 67 counties)
  2. Expand Texas (254 counties)
  3. Expand Georgia (159 counties)
  4. Add additional states based on user demand
