Example Filter Stacks

Strategy A — Tax Delinquent SFRs Under $200K

1. Property type: Single Family Residential
2. Estimated value: Max $200,000
3. Distress: Tax Delinquent ✓
4. Location: Your target area polygon

Strategy B — Code Violations + Absentee Owner

1. Distress: Code Violations ✓ + Absentee Owner ✓
2. Property type: SFR or Small Multifamily
3. Distress score: Minimum 40
