Saved Searches & Alerts
Save any filter combination as a named search and receive notifications when new matching properties appear.
Saving a Search
- Apply your desired filters in the sidebar (county, property type, value range, distress signals, etc.).
- Click Save Search (bookmark icon near the filter controls).
- Name your search (e.g., "Pinellas Tax Delinquent SFH Under 300K").
- Choose alert preferences (see below).
- Click Save.
Alert Options
When saving a search, you can enable alerts:
- Daily Digest — One email per day summarizing new properties that match your saved criteria. Sent in the morning if there are new matches.
- Real-Time — Immediate notification when a new matching property appears (email or in-app notification bell).
- Off — Save the search for quick access but do not send alerts.
Use Cases
- Never miss new distress — Save a search for "Tax Delinquent + Absentee Owner" in your county and get daily alerts when new tax-delinquent properties appear.
- Monitor a neighborhood — Save a search for a specific zip code or area with broad filters to track all new listings and ownership changes.
- Track your criteria — If you have very specific criteria (e.g., "vacant land over 10,000 sqft zoned R-3"), save the search and let alerts tell you when a match appears instead of checking manually.
Managing Saved Searches
Access your saved searches from the sidebar menu:
- Run — Click to instantly apply the saved filters
- Edit — Modify filters or alert preferences
- Rename — Change the search name
- Delete — Remove the saved search and stop alerts
- Toggle alerts — Turn alerts on/off without deleting the search
Alert Email Format
Daily digest emails include: - Summary count of new matches - Top 5 new matching properties with address, value, and key distress signals - Direct links to each property on PropIntel
