Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your PropIntel subscription at any time. Here is what to expect.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access continues until billing period ends — You retain full access to your current plan's features until your next billing date
- No further charges — Your card will not be charged again after cancellation
- Saved data preserved — Your saved searches, property lists, scoring results, and D4D sessions are retained for 90 days
- After 90 days — If you have not resubscribed, your saved data is permanently deleted
Refund Policy
- First-time subscribers — If you request a refund within 7 days of your first charge, PropIntel will issue a full refund
- Renewal charges — Refunds are not available on renewal charges (you can cancel to prevent future charges)
- Credit pack purchases — Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credit pack credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email support@propintel.co with: - Your account email address - The charge you are requesting a refund for - Reason for the refund request
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
Resubscribing After Cancellation
You can resubscribe at any time: - If within the 90-day data retention window, your saved data is restored - If the Founding Member window is still open, you may get Founding Member pricing - If the Founding Member window has closed, you subscribe at the current standard rate
