Pro and Commercial plans support multiple team members sharing a single PropIntel account.

How to Add Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter their email address.
  4. They receive an invitation email to create their account.
  5. Once they accept, they appear in your team roster.

What Team Members Share

  • County access — All team members can access the same counties as the account owner
  • Saved searches — Shared visibility across the team
  • Property lists — Shared lists for collaborative deal tracking

What Team Members Have Separately

  • Login credentials — Each member has their own email and password
  • AI credits — Consumed from the shared team pool
  • D4D sessions — Each member runs their own D4D sessions
  • Notification preferences — Each member controls their own alert settings

Admin Controls

The account owner (admin) can:

  • View all team members and their roles
  • Remove team members at any time
  • Set roles: Admin (full access including billing) or Member (standard access)
  • Monitor credit usage across the team

Use Cases

  • Investor + VA — The investor sets strategy and reviews scored leads; the VA manages lists and outreach
  • Acquisitions team — Multiple team members canvass different counties and share findings
  • Investor + partner — Business partners share data access without separate subscriptions
