Credit Packs & Usage Meters

Research credits power PropIntel's AI features. Your plan includes a monthly allotment, and you can purchase additional credit packs when needed.

Monthly Allotment

Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment that resets on your billing date. See the pricing page for current allotment numbers per plan.

Credit Usage

Action	Credits Used
AI Scoring (per property)	1 credit
Deep Research (per property)	10 credits

Example: Scoring 100 properties uses 100 credits. Running Deep Research on your top 5 leads uses 50 credits. Total: 150 credits for that session.

Viewing Your Credits

Your remaining credit balance is shown in the sidebar near the AI Scoring section. It updates in real time.

Buying Credit Packs

When you need more credits than your monthly allotment provides:

1. Go to Settings > Billing > Credit Packs.
2. Select a pack size.
3. Complete the purchase.
4. Credits are added to your balance immediately.

Credit Priority

Credits are consumed in this order:

1. Monthly allotment credits are used first
2. Purchased pack credits are used only after monthly credits are exhausted

Expiration Rules

• Monthly allotment credits expire — They reset on your billing date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Purchased pack credits never expire — Use them whenever you need them, even months later.

Usage Alerts

PropIntel sends you an email notification when you have used 80% of your monthly credit allotment, giving you time to purchase a pack if needed.
