Referral Program — Earn Commissions

PropIntel's referral program pays recurring commissions when you refer other investors who subscribe.

How It Works

1. Get your unique referral link from Settings > Referrals.
2. Share the link with other real estate investors.
3. When someone clicks your link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a commission.
4. Commissions are recurring — you earn every month as long as the referred user stays subscribed.

Commission Details

• Commission rate — A percentage of the referred user's monthly subscription (see Settings > Referrals for the current rate)
• Recurring — Paid monthly for the lifetime of the referred subscription, not just the first month
• No cap — No limit on the number of referrals or total commissions earned

Payouts

• Commissions are paid via Stripe to your connected bank account
• Minimum payout threshold applies (see Settings > Referrals for current minimum)
• Payouts are processed monthly

Tracking

Your referral dashboard shows:

• Total clicks on your referral link
• Conversions (clicks that became paid subscriptions)
• Active referred subscribers
• Total earnings and pending payouts

Tips for Referrals

• Share your link in real estate investor groups and forums
• Mention PropIntel when discussing tools with other investors
• Include your referral link in your email signature
• Create content (videos, blog posts) reviewing PropIntel and include your link
