Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

You can change your PropIntel plan at any time from the billing settings.

How to Change Plans

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select your desired plan.
  4. Confirm the change.

Upgrading

When you upgrade:

  • Takes effect immediately — Your new plan features are available right away
  • Prorated billing — You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period
  • County access expands — You can immediately add more counties up to your new plan's limit
  • Credit allotment increases — Your remaining monthly credits are topped up to the new plan's level
  • New features unlock — Custom profiles, D4D, Deep Research, etc. become available based on your new tier

Downgrading

When you downgrade:

  • Takes effect at end of billing period — You keep your current plan's features until your billing date
  • No immediate charge — Your next billing cycle uses the lower plan price
  • County access reduces — If you exceed the new plan's county limit, you will be prompted to choose which counties to keep
  • Team seats reduce — If you have more team members than the new plan allows, you will need to remove seats
  • Feature access reduces — Tier-locked features become unavailable on your next billing date

What Happens to Your Data?

  • Saved searches — Retained on all plans
  • Property lists — Retained on all plans
  • Scoring results — Retained but you cannot run new scoring sessions if the new plan does not include AI scoring
  • D4D sessions — Past sessions are retained; new sessions require D4D access on your plan
  • Export history — Retained, but monthly limits change to match your new plan
Founding Members: If you downgrade from a Founding Member plan, your locked-in pricing is preserved as long as you do not fully cancel. Changing tiers within a continuous subscription keeps your Founding Member rate.
