Credit Packs & Usage Meters
Credit Packs let you purchase additional usage for specific features without upgrading your entire plan. They are ideal when you have a one-time need that exceeds your monthly allowance.

Purchasing credit packs
- Click the Usage Meter at the bottom of the Sidebar, or go to Account → Usage.
- When you hit a feature limit, PropIntel will show a prompt to purchase a credit pack or upgrade.
- Click Buy Credits to open the Credit Packs modal.
- Select the pack you want and click Purchase. You are redirected to Stripe for secure payment.
- Credits are applied to your account immediately after payment.
The Usage Meter
The Usage Meter in the Sidebar shows a compact summary of your current month's consumption:
- Scoring runs used / available
- AI lookups used / available
- Export rows used / available
- Research credits used / available
Click the meter to expand the Usage Dashboard, which shows full details including daily usage charts and purchase history.
Credit rollover
Monthly plan credits do not roll over — unused credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. Purchased credit packs expire 12 months from the date of purchase and do roll over month to month.
Monitoring usage
To avoid surprises, check the Usage Meter at the start of each D4D or scoring session. PropIntel will also warn you when you are within 20% of any monthly limit.
