Install PropIntel on Your Phone

PropIntel is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it on your home screen like a native app — no App Store required. This is especially useful for Drive for Deals field sessions.

Installing on iOS (Safari)

1. Open app.propintel.co in Safari (not Chrome or Firefox — iOS only allows PWA installs from Safari).
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Edit the name if you like, then tap Add.

PropIntel now appears on your home screen with its own icon. Launch it from there and it opens full-screen without the browser UI.

Installing on Android (Chrome)

1. Open app.propintel.co in Chrome.
2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
4. Confirm. The PropIntel icon appears on your home screen.

When PropIntel detects you are on a mobile browser and haven't installed yet, it shows a banner at the bottom of the screen prompting you to install. Tap Install to trigger the browser's native install flow. Tap Dismiss to hide the banner for this session.

Offline mode for D4D

Once installed, PropIntel can cache map tiles and property data for offline use during Drive for Deals sessions. Before heading into an area with poor cell coverage:

1. Open D4D mode and navigate to your target area.
2. Use Pre-cache area to download tiles for your planned route.
3. PropIntel stores this data locally on your device.
4. While offline, you can still view cached parcels, take photos, record voice notes, and save properties to lists. Actions queue locally and sync automatically when you reconnect.
