PropIntel organizes data by county. Selecting the right county is your first step to finding deals.

Where to Find the County Selector

The county dropdown is in the left sidebar, at the top. Click it to see all available counties grouped by state.

Which Counties Are Currently Live?

PropIntel coverage is expanding rapidly:

Florida	Pinellas and Hillsborough fully loaded; all 67 FL counties loading
Texas	Bexar (San Antonio), Dallas, Harris (Houston)
Georgia	9 counties loaded, 159-county statewide expansion in progress

County Access Limits by Tier

Your subscription tier determines how many counties you can access simultaneously:

Tier	County Limit
Starter	1 county
Pro	5 counties
Commercial	Unlimited

If you are on the Starter plan, you select one county and all your searches, filters, and scoring runs operate within that county. You can switch counties at any time — your saved data from the previous county is preserved.

Tips for Choosing

• Start local — Pick the county where you invest or plan to invest. You will be able to verify data accuracy against your own market knowledge.
• Adjacent expansion — Once comfortable, add neighboring counties on Pro to find opportunities across metro boundaries.
• Follow distress signals — Some counties have richer distress data (daily lis pendens ingest for Hillsborough, for example). Check data refresh schedules to understand what is available.
