County Access & County Limits
County Access & County Limits
PropIntel organizes data by county. Your plan determines how many counties you can access simultaneously.
How county limits work
| Plan | Counties included |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 county |
| Investor | 3 counties |
| Pro | Unlimited |
| Commercial | Unlimited |
When you reach your county limit, PropIntel will prompt you to either upgrade your plan or swap one of your active counties for a new one.
Credit pack option: On Starter and Investor plans, you can purchase a County Data Add-on ($14.99) to temporarily unlock an additional county without upgrading your entire plan. See Credit Packs & Usage.
First-time county onboarding
The first time you select a county, PropIntel shows a county onboarding card that explains:
- What data is available for that county (parcel count, data sources)
- Which distress signal types are covered (not all counties have all signal types yet)
- When the data was last updated
Dismiss the card to proceed to your search. You can always revisit county coverage information in the Data & Coverage section of the Help Center.
Switching counties
To switch to a different county on a plan with limited county access:
- Open the Sidebar and click the county selector.
- Search for or select a new county.
- If you are at your county limit, PropIntel will ask you to confirm which active county to replace.
- Confirm the swap. Your saved searches for the removed county remain saved — they will resume if you re-add that county later.
County data coverage
PropIntel currently covers Florida (Pinellas and Hillsborough fully loaded, statewide geometry expansion in progress), Texas (Bexar, Dallas, Harris), and Georgia (9 counties). Coverage is expanding. See Where Does PropIntel Data Come From? for full details.
