Install PropIntel on Your Phone

PropIntel is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it on your phone like a native app — no App Store or Google Play required.

iOS (Safari)

1. Open app.propintel.co in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow at bottom of screen).
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add in the top-right corner.
5. PropIntel now appears on your home screen as an app icon.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open app.propintel.co in Chrome.
2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Add to Home Screen or Install App.
4. Tap Install in the confirmation dialog.
5. PropIntel now appears in your app drawer and home screen.

What You Get

Once installed as a PWA, PropIntel runs in full-screen mode without browser chrome (no address bar, no tabs). Additional benefits:

• Faster load times — App shell is cached locally
• Offline support — Pre-cached map tiles and parcel data work without connectivity (see D4D Offline Caching)
• Push notifications — Receive alert notifications for saved search matches
• Better D4D experience — Drive for Dollars mode works best when installed as a PWA
