How to Sign Up and Start Your Free Trial

PropIntel offers a free trial so you can explore the platform before committing. Here is exactly how to get started.

Creating Your Account

1. Go to app.propintel.co/sign-up.
2. Enter your email address and create a password — or sign up with Google for one-click access.
3. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link.
4. You are now on the platform with trial access active.

What Is Included in the Trial?

During your trial you get full access to:

• All county data in your selected county
• All sidebar filters (property type, value ranges, distress signals, ownership)
• Map and DataGrid views with full parcel data
• A limited number of AI scoring runs
• Property detail panels with all tabs
• CSV export (limited rows)

Trial Duration

Your trial lasts for the duration shown on the pricing page. No credit card is required to start.

What Happens When the Trial Ends?

When your trial expires:

• You retain read-only access to your saved searches and lists.
• Active features (AI scoring, export, D4D) are paused until you subscribe.
• Your data and settings are preserved — nothing is deleted.
• You can subscribe to any plan at any time to resume full access.

Upgrading from Trial to Paid

Go to Settings (click your avatar in the top bar) then select Billing. Choose a plan and enter payment details. Your subscription activates immediately and all features unlock.
