Research credits power PropIntel's AI features. Every AI scoring run and Deep Research report consumes credits from your monthly allotment or purchased packs.

Viewing Your Credits
Your remaining credit count is visible in the sidebar near the AI Scoring section. It updates in real time as you use credits.
What Happens When You Run Out
When your monthly credits are exhausted:
- AI Scoring and Deep Research buttons become disabled
- A prompt appears offering to purchase a credit pack
- Your other features (search, filters, map, export) continue to work normally
Buying Credit Packs
Additional credits can be purchased from Settings > Billing > Credit Packs. Credit packs are available in several sizes. Key details:
- Purchased credits do not expire — Use them whenever you need them
- Monthly allotment credits expire — They reset on your billing date and do not roll over
- Purchased credits are used after monthly — Your monthly allotment is consumed first
Usage History
View your credit consumption history in Settings > Billing. The history shows each action, credits consumed, and remaining balance.
Tip: Before scoring a large set, check your remaining credits. A 200-property scoring run uses 200 credits.
