Top Opportunities & Stacked Scoring

Top Opportunities is PropIntel's cross-profile ranking view. Instead of asking "which properties score highest for this profile?" it asks "which properties score well across multiple strategies at the same time?"

Properties that rank well across multiple deal profiles are objectively more flexible — they have multiple viable exit strategies, which reduces risk and increases buyer pool when you are ready to sell or assign.

How stacked scoring works

  1. Run two or more scoring profiles against the same filtered property set.
  2. Open Top Opportunities from the Scoring panel (star icon).
  3. PropIntel aggregates scores across profiles using a weighted average and surfaces properties with consistently high scores.
  4. Each property in the Top Opportunities view shows its score for every profile it was evaluated under, so you can see exactly where the multi-strategy alignment is strongest.

Example use case

You filter for absentee-owned single-family properties in Pinellas County, built before 1985, assessed under $300K. You run three profiles:

  • BRRRR Candidate
  • Teardown / Urban Infill
  • ADU Potential

A property that scores 71 for BRRRR, 68 for Infill, and 74 for ADU appears near the top of the Top Opportunities list. A property that scores 88 for one profile but 20 and 15 for the others ranks lower — the flexibility just is not there.

Weighting profiles differently

In the Top Opportunities view, you can drag a slider to weight certain profiles more heavily than others. If your primary strategy is BRRRR but you want to know which BRRRR candidates also have teardown optionality, weight BRRRR at 60% and Infill at 40%.

Practical limits

Each scoring run counts against your monthly scoring run allowance. Running 3 profiles against 150 properties consumes 3 scoring runs (one per profile). Plan accordingly.
