Export parcel geometries and attributes as GeoJSON for use in GIS tools like QGIS, ArcGIS, or Mapbox Studio. Pro+

How to Export

1. Apply your desired filters in the sidebar.
2. Click the Export button.
3. Select GeoJSON as the format.
4. The download starts. Large exports may take a few seconds to generate.

What Is Included

The GeoJSON file contains:

• Geometry — Parcel boundary polygon in EPSG:4326 (WGS84 latitude/longitude)
• Properties — All property attributes (same fields as CSV export)
• Feature IDs — Numeric IDs for compatibility with Mapbox GL and other tools

Use Cases

• Custom map layers — Import into Mapbox Studio to create custom map styles with PropIntel data
• Spatial analysis — Load into QGIS or ArcGIS for proximity analysis, buffer zones, or intersection queries
• Presentation maps — Create custom maps for investor presentations or marketing materials
• Integration — Use the GeoJSON as input for other geospatial tools or pipelines

File Size Warning

GeoJSON files with polygon geometries can be large. A 500-property export with detailed parcel boundaries may be 50-100MB. Consider:

• Applying tight filters to limit the export size
• Using CSV export if you only need tabular data (no geometry)

Row Limits

GeoJSON exports follow the same monthly row limits as CSV:
