PropIntel understands plain English queries. Type what you are looking for in natural language and the AI translates your request into the appropriate filters.

How It Works

When you type a query like "tax delinquent properties over 5000 sqft in Pinellas," the AI:

1. Detects that this is a natural language query (not an address or parcel ID)
2. Parses the intent: tax delinquent + minimum 5000 sqft + Pinellas County
3. Applies the corresponding sidebar filters automatically
4. Shows "AI understood:" chips below the search bar confirming each filter

You can remove any individual chip if the AI misinterpreted part of your query.

Voice Input

Tap the microphone icon in the TopBar to activate voice search. Speak your query naturally — the speech-to-text converts it and then the AI processes it the same way as typed queries.

Voice search is especially useful during D4D (Drive for Dollars) sessions when your hands are occupied.

Tips for Better NL Results

• Be specific — Include property type, price range, or size when possible
• Name the county — If you want results from a specific county, mention it
• Use common terms — "tax delinquent," "absentee," "vacant land," "lis pendens" are all recognized
• Combine criteria — "tax delinquent single family homes over 2000 sqft owned by out of state owners" works as a single query

When NL Search Does Not Apply

For direct lookups, just type: - A street address for address search - A parcel ID for parcel lookup - An owner name for owner search

The AI automatically detects these and routes to the appropriate search, not NL filter translation.
