Saved Searches & Alerts

Saved Searches let you store a filter combination and receive email notifications when new properties match — without rebuilding your criteria from scratch each time.

Saving a search

  1. Apply the filters you want in the Sidebar (county, property type, distress signals, value range, etc.).
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Sidebar and click Save Search.
  3. Give the search a name (e.g., "Pinellas tax-delinquent SFR under $150K").
  4. Click Save.

The search is now listed under Saved Searches in the Sidebar. Click it at any time to reload those filters instantly.

Enabling email alerts

When creating or editing a saved search, toggle Email Alerts on. PropIntel monitors the database for new properties matching your criteria and sends digest emails with new matches.

Alert emails include: - Number of new matches found - A sample of top new properties (address, owner, value, distress signals) - A link to open the full results in PropIntel
