Saved Searches & Alerts
Saved Searches & Alerts
Saved Searches let you store a filter combination and receive email notifications when new properties match — without rebuilding your criteria from scratch each time.
Saving a search
- Apply the filters you want in the Sidebar (county, property type, distress signals, value range, etc.).
- Scroll to the bottom of the Sidebar and click Save Search.
- Give the search a name (e.g., "Pinellas tax-delinquent SFR under $150K").
- Click Save.
The search is now listed under Saved Searches in the Sidebar. Click it at any time to reload those filters instantly.
Enabling email alerts
When creating or editing a saved search, toggle Email Alerts on. PropIntel monitors the database for new properties matching your criteria and sends digest emails with new matches.
Alert emails include: - Number of new matches found - A sample of top new properties (address, owner, value, distress signals) - A link to open the full results in PropIntel
