How to Export Properties
How to Export Properties
PropIntel provides several ways to get property data out of the platform for use in spreadsheets, mail campaigns, and other tools.
CSV Export
Apply filters to narrow your property set, then click the Export button in the top bar or grid toolbar. PropIntel downloads a CSV file with columns including parcel ID, address, owner name and mailing address, assessed value, land value, building value, acreage, year built, distress score, and distress signal flags.
Monthly export limits by plan:
| Plan | Rows / month |
|---|---|
| Starter | 250 |
| Investor | 1,000 |
| Pro | 5,000 |
| Commercial | 25,000 |
Need more rows this month? Purchase a CSV Export Pack (100 rows for $2.99) in the Credit Packs section without upgrading your plan. See Credit Packs & Usage.
GeoJSON Export
Pro and Commercial only. Upgrade →
Export filtered parcels as a GeoJSON file including parcel geometries (boundaries), all property attributes, and any AI scores from your last scoring run. GeoJSON export is ideal for integration with ArcGIS, QGIS, or custom mapping workflows.
Mailing Labels (Avery 5160)
For direct mail campaigns, PropIntel can generate a PDF of Avery 5160 mailing labels (standard 3-column, 10-row sheets) formatted with owner name and mailing address. Available from the export menu.
Mail Merge CSV
The export menu also offers a mail merge CSV pre-formatted for Word or Google Docs mail merge workflows.
PDF Property Report
Right-click any row in the Data Grid and select Download PDF Report to generate a single-property report with property summary, owner information, assessed values, distress signals, and AI score if available.
Tips
- Tighten your filters first. Export limits count against your monthly allowance. Focus on high-priority properties before exporting.
- Use Saved Searches to re-run the same filter set each month.
- Monthly limits reset on your billing date.
