Property Comparison Tool

Compare up to 4 properties side-by-side to evaluate which ones best fit your investment criteria before making contact or submitting offers.

Opening the comparison panel

1. In the Data Grid, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) and click to select multiple rows (up to 4).
2. A Compare button appears in the grid toolbar. Click it.
3. The Comparison Panel opens showing all selected properties in a columnar layout.

Alternatively, from the Detail Panel header, click the Compare icon to add the current property to the comparison set, then navigate to additional properties and add them too.

What the comparison shows

Each column represents one property, with rows for:

Field	Description
Address	Full site address
Owner	Owner name and mailing state
Just Value	County assessed value
Land Value	Assessed land-only value
Building Value	Improvement value
Acreage	Lot size
Year Built	Structure age
Living Sq Ft	Heated square footage
Distress Score	0–100 composite distress signal
Motivation Score	Predicted owner motivation
AI Score	Deal profile score (if scored)
Active Signals	Which distress flags are active
Zoning	Zone code and category
Flood Zone	FEMA designation

AI scores in comparison

If you have run AI Scoring on the current filter set, AI scores appear in the comparison. If a property was not included in the last scoring run, its AI score column will show "Not scored."

Exporting comparison

Click Export PDF in the comparison panel header to download a formatted comparison sheet. This is useful for presentations to partners or for your own deal analysis file.
