Export owner mailing addresses formatted for Avery 5160 labels (or compatible 3x10 label sheets) for direct mail campaigns.
How to Export
- Apply your filters in the sidebar (tip: enable Absentee Owner to get out-of-state mailing addresses).
- Click the Export button.
- Select Mailing Labels as the format.
- A PDF downloads formatted for Avery 5160 label sheets.
Format Details
- Label layout: 3 columns x 10 rows = 30 labels per sheet
- Compatible with: Avery 5160, 5960, 8160, and compatible label sheets
- Fields per label:
- Owner name (formatted for mailing)
- Owner mailing address line 1
- Owner mailing address line 2 (city, state, ZIP)
Important: Owner Address vs Property Address
The mailing labels use the owner's mailing address, not the property address. This is intentional — if you are targeting absentee owners, you need to mail to where they actually receive mail, which may be in a different city or state.
Direct Mail Tips
- Filter by Absentee Owner — These are the properties where the owner's mailing address is most likely to differ from the property address, giving you a valid remote contact address.
- Combine with distress signals — Mailing to absentee owners with tax delinquency or code violations yields the highest response rates.
- Add personal touches — Hand-write the first few labels or use a service that produces handwritten-style mail for better open rates.
- Track your campaigns — Keep notes on which filter sets you mailed so you can measure response rates by criteria.
Row Limits
Mailing label exports follow the same monthly row limits as CSV exports.
