Navigating the Dashboard
The PropIntel dashboard is built around five core areas. Here is what each one does and how they work together.
Top Bar
The top bar runs across the top of the screen:
- Search — type an address, owner name, or parcel ID to jump directly to a property. It also supports natural language search: type something like "tax delinquent vacant lots in Pinellas under $100k" and PropIntel's AI translates it into filters automatically. A microphone icon enables voice input.
- View controls — switch between Split view (map + grid), Map only, and Grid only.
- Map style — toggle between street map, satellite, and hybrid.
- D4D mode — tap the car icon to enter Drive for Deals field canvassing mode.
- Notifications — bell icon shows alerts from your saved searches and market activity monitors.
- Theme toggle — switch between light and dark mode.
Sidebar (Filters + Scoring)
The left sidebar controls what properties appear:
- State and county selector — choose your target market.
- Property Type — residential, commercial, vacant land, condo, multi-family, etc.
- Distress Signals — Tax Delinquent, Foreclosure, Code Violation, Probate.
- Ownership — Absentee, Out-of-State, Homestead, owner type, ownership years.
- Value & Equity — just value and estimated equity ranges.
- Size & Age — acreage, square footage, year built.
- AI Scoring — select a deal profile and run scoring against your filtered set.
- Saved Searches — save your filter combination and configure alerts.
Map View
The map displays parcel boundaries for all filtered properties. Click any parcel to open its Detail Panel. Parcels can be colored by AI score, distress score, or motivation score when those overlays are enabled.
Use the Layer Controls panel (layers icon in the map toolbar) to toggle: - Parcel boundaries - Zoning districts (color-coded by zone category) - FEMA flood zones - Score overlay - Satellite/hybrid basemap
Data Grid
The grid shows the same filtered properties in table form. Columns include address, owner, assessed value, acreage, distress score, motivation score, and AI score. Click a row to open the Detail Panel. Right-click for additional options including PDF report download, skip trace, and adding to a list.
Drag the resize handle between the map and grid to adjust their relative sizes.
Detail Panel
Clicking a property opens the Detail Panel on the right:
- Overview — address, owner, assessed value, land value, distress score, Street View photo, motivation score.
- Details — year built, square footage, bedrooms/baths, zoning, flood zone, acreage, evacuation zone.
- History — sales history, tax delinquency records, lis pendens filings, code violations, probate cases.
- AI — AI deal score and explanation for this property.
- Research — Deep Research report (Investor+ required).
- Skip Trace — owner contact information (Investor+ required).
Usage Meter
Your plan's usage meter appears at the bottom of the sidebar. It shows the current month's consumption for scoring runs, AI lookups, exports, and research credits. Click it to open the full Usage Dashboard.
