Property Detail Panel — Every Field Explained
The Detail Panel opens when you click any property on the map or in the DataGrid. It contains four tabs with comprehensive property information.
Overview Tab
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Parcel ID | County-assigned parcel identification number |
| Address | Property street address |
| County | County where the property is located |
| Property Type | Single Family, Multi-Family, Commercial, Vacant Land, or Mobile Home |
| Assessed Value | County assessor's total assessed value (land + building) |
| Market Value | Estimated market value (where available) |
| Land Value | Assessed value of the land only |
| Building Value | Assessed value of improvements (buildings) |
| Year Built | Year the primary structure was constructed |
| Square Footage | Building living area in square feet |
| Lot Size | Total lot area in square feet |
| Bedrooms | Number of bedrooms |
| Bathrooms | Number of bathrooms |
| Google Street View | Street-level image of the property |
Details Tab
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Legal Description | Legal land description from county records |
| Zoning | Current zoning designation (e.g., R-1, C-2, PUD) |
| Flood Zone | FEMA flood zone designation (AE, VE, X, etc.) |
| Owner Name | Current owner of record |
| Owner Mailing Address | Where the owner receives mail (may differ from property address) |
| Last Sale Date | Date of most recent recorded sale |
| Last Sale Price | Price from most recent recorded sale |
| Deed Type | Type of deed (warranty, quit-claim, etc.) |
| Alley Access | Whether the parcel has alley access (Yes/No) |
History Tab
The History tab shows a chronological timeline of distress signals:
- Tax Delinquency — Amount owed, years delinquent, tax sale status
- Lis Pendens — Filing date, case number, filing type
- Code Violations — Violation type, date, status (open/resolved)
- Probate Cases — Filing date, case number, status
AI Tab
The AI tab shows scoring results and provides access to Deep Research:
- Score by profile — If you have run scoring, the score and explanation appear here
- Score history — Past scoring results for different profiles
- Deep Research button — Launch an AI-generated investment brief
- Deep Research report — If previously generated, the full report appears here
